Which personal data does ImpactBuddy process?

  • Data from counterparties or third parties

  • Content information about the case

All other personal data that you provide to us or of which the processing is required or necessary.

 

For what purpose are these personal data processed?

We only process your personal data if this is permitted under the GDPR and the associated Implementation Act and for the purposes described below:

  • Our services, including giving advice.

  • Invoicing and keeping records;

  • Meeting (legal) obligations;

  • Marketing and communication activities, such as sending newsletters.

 

What is the basis for the processing of personal data?

The legal basis for the processing of personal data described above by ImpactBuddy is always the execution of the agreement with you, your consent and/or the representing a legitimate interest of ImpactBuddy or a third party and/or complying with legal obligations.

 

Retention periods

ImpactBuddy does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes mentioned above, to comply with laws and regulations and for archiving.

 

Security

ImpactBuddy takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against destruction, loss, alteration or unlawful processing.

If you do not wish to receive information about (new) products and services (by post, email, etc.), you can report this to the email mentioned above address. If we have received your data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time.

 

Restriction of processing

If you have valid reasons, you can request a limitation of the processing. For example, if the data is no longer correct, the processing is unlawful, ImpactBuddy no longer needs your data or if you have submitted an objection to the processing of personal data by ImpactBuddy.

 

Data portability

You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable form so that you can provide this data to another party. You have this right if you had given us permission to process your data and if this processing was automated.

 

Complaint

If you have a complaint about the use of personal data by ImpactBuddy, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Of course, you can always contact us first via info@impactbuddy.io.

 

Transfer to countries outside the EEA

Your personal data will only be stored or processed by ImpactBuddy outside the EEA if this is in accordance with the applicable regulations for transferring personal data to countries outside the EEA.
